Before returning an item

1. Use the Contact Us form and include your order number.
2. Explain whether the item is damaged, incorrect, or no longer wanted.
3. Wait for written instructions before shipping a package. Do not send returns to an address found elsewhere on the internet.

Include photographs when they help explain the condition, packaging or product involved. Keep the original packaging, labels and order correspondence until the review is complete. Do not alter, dispose of or ship the item before you receive written instructions.

Custom artwork and cancellations

Custom work is made to order, so eligibility may change once preparation or production has begun. We will review the order status, the options selected and the material supplied before confirming what can be cancelled, changed or returned.

If you need to cancel or change a custom request, contact us as soon as possible. A request is not cancelled merely because a message has been sent; wait for confirmation from the store. If work has already started, the available remedy may be different from a pre-production cancellation.

Damage, loss and delivery problems

If an item arrives damaged or appears to be the wrong item, keep the packaging and send clear photographs with your order number. This helps us review the issue with the fulfilment or delivery partner.

For a lost or delayed delivery, first check the order-confirmation or shipping message for the latest carrier information. If there is no usable tracking link or the carrier status has stopped changing, contact us with the order number and delivery details. We will explain what can be checked with the fulfilment or delivery partner.

Refunds and exchanges

If a return, correction, replacement or exchange is approved, we will explain the next step and any applicable shipping responsibility before the item is sent. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where the payment provider permits it. Exact timing depends on the review and the payment provider; this page does not promise a fixed bank-processing period.
