These general terms describe the basic rules for using the Fine Art Custom storefront and ordering artwork or a custom service. By visiting the site, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information that is accurate enough to complete the requested service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the storefront or place an order.

Using the store

Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it to submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or misleading material. Product information is provided for the purpose of helping you make an informed purchase and may be updated as the catalogue changes.

General conditions

We may refuse, pause or limit a transaction when necessary to protect the store, comply with a requirement, resolve a payment or delivery problem, or clarify information supplied for an order. We may communicate about an order using the contact details submitted at checkout.

You must not reproduce, copy, resell, scrape or exploit the storefront, its content or a service contact without written permission, except where applicable law allows it. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of a provision.

Accuracy, completeness and updates

We aim to keep product, price, availability, shipping and policy information useful and current, but online information can contain errors, omissions or historical details. We may correct an error, update a page, change a product or cancel an affected order where the information was materially wrong, subject to applicable law.

It is your responsibility to review the current page and your checkout summary before payment. A date shown on a policy page identifies the version displayed at that time; it is not a promise that every catalogue detail has a separate refresh date.

Products, custom orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability, successful payment and the details shown at checkout. A custom order also depends on the information, image and options supplied by the customer. The Custom Oil Painting from Photo product is the current full-payment route; its Easify options and checkout total are the source of truth for the selected configuration.

Review your order details before payment. If we need to clarify an order or cannot fulfil it as submitted, we will contact you through the details provided with the order.

Products and custom services

Artwork and services are subject to availability and the details shown on the relevant product page. Images and colours can look different across screens, and a finished physical artwork may have reasonable differences from a screen preview or reference image.

The Custom Oil Painting from Photo product is the current full-payment route for the store's custom service. Its Easify options, uploaded requirements and checkout total are the source of truth for the selected configuration. Do not assume that an option, material, frame, size or delivery promise exists unless it is shown for the product and order.

Custom work depends on the quality, permission and clarity of the material supplied by the customer. If clarification is needed before production, we may contact you using the order details. Any order-specific approval, revision or change arrangement must be confirmed for that order and is not created by this general page.

Orders, billing and account details

An order request becomes subject to payment approval, availability and the checkout terms shown when you submit it. Review the artwork, options, quantity, shipping details and total before paying. Keep the confirmation email and order number for later support.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and shipping information and update it when it changes. If an order must be clarified, limited or cancelled because of an error, duplicate request, suspected misuse or unavailable service, we will use the available contact details to explain the next step.

Checkout and payment processing are handled through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords by email or through the contact form.

Shipping, delivery and returns

Global shipping is advertised by the store, but destination availability, delivery charges, customs or import costs and the available carrier are confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of a particular arrival date unless the order expressly states otherwise.

Use the order-confirmation or shipping email and the order details in your Shopify account to find a tracking link when one is available. If an order arrives damaged, appears incorrect or cannot be located, keep the packaging and contact us with the order number and clear details before disposing of the item or sending it anywhere.

Return and refund eligibility is described on the Return Policy. Custom work may have different options once preparation or production has begun. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere online; wait for written instructions.

Optional tools and third-party links

Shopify, payment providers, delivery services, upload tools and other providers may supply features used by the storefront. Those services can have their own terms, privacy notices and availability limits. Access to a third-party feature does not mean Fine Art Custom controls or endorses every part of that service.

A link to another website is provided for a stated store purpose or convenience. Review the destination's policies before submitting information or making a purchase there. Questions about a third-party product or transaction should be directed to that provider.

Customer content

You are responsible for the images, names, instructions and other material you submit. You must have the permission needed for us to use that material to make and support your order, including permission from identifiable people or rights holders where required.

Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by the Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unrelated confidential documents through the contact form or a product upload.

Intellectual property

Store artwork, photographs, text, branding and layout remain protected by their respective rights holders. Buying a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or grant unrestricted commercial-use rights. See Intellectual Property for the store’s general rules and reporting process.

You are responsible for the photographs, names, instructions, artwork, logos and other material you submit. Before uploading it, you must have the permission needed for Fine Art Custom and the relevant artist or service provider to review, make, support and deliver your order. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or another person's rights.

Unsolicited suggestions or feedback may be used to improve the service, but no confidential treatment, compensation or publication commitment is created unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing.

Prohibited uses

In addition to the restrictions above, you must not use the site to:

• Break a law, infringe another person's rights or submit false order information.
• Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against or impersonate another person.
• Upload malware, probe security controls, disrupt checkout or interfere with another customer's use.
• Collect or track another person's information without permission, or send spam or phishing messages.
• Scrape, crawl, copy or republish store content in a way that bypasses reasonable access controls.

We may restrict access or refuse a transaction when we reasonably believe the storefront is being used in a prohibited way.

Disclaimers and limits

The storefront is provided for general shopping and service information. We do not promise that the site, a page, an upload, a carrier scan or a third-party service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at a particular time. Product-specific promises are limited to what is expressly shown in the order or confirmed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fine Art Custom is not responsible for losses caused by information you supplied incorrectly, a third-party service or carrier, an event outside reasonable control, or a use of the site that violates these terms. Nothing on this page removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limits responsibility for matters that the law does not allow us to limit.

Suspension, termination and severability

These terms apply while you use the storefront or have an order or support matter connected with it. We may suspend access or decline service when there is a security, payment, legal or misuse concern. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment, customer-content responsibility and intellectual-property protections, may continue after use ends.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be read as narrowly as needed and the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the store, services or applicable requirements change. The version on this page applies to future use from the date shown above. If you continue to use the storefront after an update, the updated terms will apply to future use to the extent permitted by law.
